This 24″ helium balloon offers an easy way to mark birthdays, milestones, and special moments. We inflate each balloon by hand and prepare it ready for pickup or delivery, so it arrives looking clean, balanced, and event-ready.

What’s included

Every order includes:

One 24″ helium-filled balloon
Coordinating tassel and base (standard, as shown in photos)
Optional custom decal applied directly to the balloon

How ordering works

First, choose your balloon colour using the visual colour picker. Colours shown match our supplier’s exact stock.
Next, if you’d like, enter a short message and select a decal colour.
Finally, add the balloon to your cart — the price shown reflects your selections.

Custom decals

Short names or simple phrases work best. We apply all decals using our standard clean style and adjust placement and sizing so the text remains clear and easy to read. Because of this, no font selection is required.

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds except in circumstances of damaged goods, incorrect items sent, or delayed fulfilment. In the event of damaged goods at the hands of Productions and Events and not the carrier, we will replace any and all items that did not arrive safely at no cost to the customer if reported within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. To initiate a replacement for damaged goods, email our team at letsplan@productionsandevents.com to report your issue and receive your replacement product.

Non-refundable deposits will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
