Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds except in circumstances of damaged goods, incorrect items sent, or delayed fulfilment. In the event of damaged goods at the hands of Productions and Events and not the carrier, we will replace any and all items that did not arrive safely at no cost to the customer if reported within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. To initiate a replacement for damaged goods, email our team at letsplan@productionsandevents.com to report your issue and receive your replacement product.

Non-refundable deposits will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
