1. Introduction
Welcome to Productions and Events, specializing in custom event decorating and styling with a focus on balloon decor. We also provide rental services for backdrops, furniture, centrepieces, and more to make your event a memorable one.
2. Services
2.1 Event Styling
- We provide decorating services tailored to your event theme and preference; including but not limited to:
- Balloon decor,
- Custom centrepieces, and / or
- Faux floral arrangements and accents.
- Leading up to the event Productions and Events will collaborate with the Client to ensure expectations are being met.
- Final decorating plans must be approved by the Client.
2.2 Rental Equipment
- Our rental inventory includes:
- Backdrops (shimmer, arch, boxwood),
- Furniture,
- Plinths,
- Accessories and decor.
- The specific items available for rent are listed on our website.
- If an item cannot be found on our website Productions and Events will work with the Client to either provide an acceptable substitute or will work to acquire the missing item.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on our website are estimates. Our team will review each order and communicate with the Client of any pricing deviation.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Acceptable payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, E-Transfer, or cash.
5. Delivery, Setup, and Teardown
- Delivery, setup, and dismantling times will be arranged in advance with the client.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
6. Rental Terms
- The client is responsible for the care of rented items during the rental period.
- Any damage or loss of items will be charged to the client at the replacement cost.
7. Liability
- Productions and Events will not be liable for any injuries or damage caused by the use of rented items or decorations.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation of decorations complies with venue regulations.
8. Changes to Services
- Any changes to the services requested must be communicated and agreed upon at least three days before the event.
9. Governing Law
- These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
10. Agreement
- By hiring Productions and Events, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
