Bringing Everts Balloons Product Launch Campaign to North America

A strong product launch needs more than a single announcement. It needs a clear story, memorable visuals, and content that helps customers understand why the product matters. When Everts Balloons returned to the North American market through Balloons.Online, we helped create a complete product launch campaign that combined promotional video production, warehouse filming, drone footage, branded retail styling, and organic balloon décor.

This project brought together several parts of our work at Productions and Events. We planned and filmed the campaign, captured the Everts packaging and product range, edited the final promotional video, and built a showroom display featuring four colours from the Everts Luxe Line. The result was a connected launch experience created for both in-person customers and balloon professionals watching online.

Creating a balloon product launch video Everts Balloons

Everts is a familiar name within the balloon industry, so the campaign needed to feel more substantial than a standard product advertisement. We wanted to communicate the excitement of the brand’s return while giving decorators a useful look at the products, packaging, warehouse inventory, and finished balloon colours.

We began by planning the flow of the promotional video. The story moved from the scale of the location into the warehouse, then closer to the product bags and colour labels, before revealing the completed showroom display. This progression gave the launch a sense of momentum while keeping the balloons and brand at the centre of the campaign.

The campaign combined product cinematography, branded décor, warehouse footage, and final video editing.

Behind the Scenes at the Balloons.Online Warehouse

Filming inside the warehouse was an important part of the story. It showed that the Everts product had arrived at scale and gave balloon artists a genuine behind-the-scenes look at the launch. Long aisles of shelving held labelled boxes and red Everts packages ready for distribution.

Warehouse footage helped establish the scale of the Everts return to North America.

The warehouse scenes added context that a finished showroom display could not provide on its own. They showed the inventory, organization, and preparation happening before customers encountered the products. For professional decorators, details such as colour labels, balloon sizes, packaging, and stock presentation are practical as well as visually interesting.

Filming the Everts Packaging and Product Range

The red-and-white Everts bags created a strong visual identity throughout the video. Clear sections in the packaging allowed the balloon colours to remain visible, while the consistent branding made the products easy to recognize on shelves and in close-up shots.

Close-up product shots highlighted the recognizable Everts packaging and balloon colours.

We captured the packages from several angles, including details of the logo, product labels, colours, and balloons arranged on the showroom racks. We also filmed products being handled and positioned. That movement helped the campaign feel active and gave viewers the sense that the launch was unfolding in real time.

A Branded Showroom Display Featuring the Everts Luxe Line

Alongside the promotional video, we designed and installed a branded display inside the Balloons.Online showroom. The installation needed to draw attention to the returning brand without making the products difficult to browse. Four organic balloon columns framed the retail racks and the oversized Everts: The Balloon Company sign.

Organic balloon columns framed the retail display while keeping the product racks accessible.

Each column featured one shade from the Everts Luxe Line:

  • Sangria
  • Azure
  • Prosecco
  • Rose Copper

The four colours created a refined palette with a strong range of depth and finish. Sangria added a rich red tone, Azure introduced a cool metallic blue, Prosecco brought a soft champagne effect, and Rose Copper added warmth. Used together, they gave the display contrast while still feeling cohesive.

Showing How the Luxe Colours Perform in a Finished Design

A product rack can show the available colours, but an inflated installation helps decorators understand how those colours behave in a finished design. We built each column with several balloon sizes to create the layered, sculptural shape associated with organic balloon décor.

The showroom’s natural light emphasized the reflective Luxe finishes. As the viewing angle changed, the balloons caught the light differently, allowing customers to see the depth of each colour. This made the display useful as a product demonstration as well as a branded focal point.

Combining Drone Footage, Product Cinematography, and Editing

Drone footage gave the video a larger sense of scale and helped establish the setting before the story moved indoors. We used the aerial scenes as an introduction, then transitioned into the warehouse aisles, packaging details, balloon colours, and showroom installation.

During editing, we balanced wide shots with close-ups so viewers could understand both the size of the launch and the details of the products. The pacing was designed for social media, where the opening moments need to attract attention quickly without rushing past the information viewers want to see.

A Complete Brand Activation, Not Just a Balloon Display

What made this project especially rewarding was the opportunity to connect several creative services within one campaign. Our work included creative direction, shot planning, warehouse filming, product cinematography, drone footage, video editing, organic balloon design, retail display styling, and final brand presentation.

Because the same team worked across the physical installation and video production, the final campaign felt consistent. The colours shown in the balloon columns appeared beside the matching product packages. The warehouse footage led naturally into the retail display. The signage, products, and décor all supported one clear launch story.

Businesses planning a similar campaign can explore our corporate event décor and brand activation services, view more examples in our event décor portfolio, or learn about our custom balloon installations. We also create custom signage and branded event details that help connect an installation to the wider campaign.
